When not plugged in, the LED display automatically switches OFF when the room is quiet and lights up again when you touch the device, tap on your bedside table or when it detects noise. Important note: The Flip Premium has a built-in battery that allows it to operate without being constantly plugged in. It takes about 3 hours to fully charge Flip Premium. When battery is low, the battery icon will keep flashing until the device power completely run out.
When fully charged, the battery icon remains solid. A charging icon will display on the LCD screen when charging.
